Neil Muir is running for Cardiff YMCA

Neil is taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon to support our client, Cardiff YMCA. They make a positive difference in our local community in two distinct areas: Housing & Homelessness, and Youth/Community.

Neil is a keen runner and regularly takes part in half marathons and 10K events across the UK. He enjoys attending Cardiff's park run on a Saturday morning.

Neil's goal is to finish the Cardiff Half Marathon in 2 to 2 and a half hours. A surprise to the office who thought he would take 2 to 2 and a half days!

Neil survived the Cardiff Half Marathon, completed in a time of 2 hrs 31 minutes. Well done, Neil!!!

"Sorry Bernard and Nick, just did not have enough puff to get in under 2 hours!

I very much appreciate the donations to Cardiff YMCA, who do fantastic work in our local community. I believe with cash donations we have raised over £740.00"

Tom Palmer is running for SOBS UK

Tom is taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS). SOBS deliver support services, increase awareness and contribute to local suicide prevention strategies and supporting professionals.
