Neil is a keen runner and regularly takes part in half marathons and 10K events across the UK. He enjoys attending Cardiff's park run on a Saturday morning.

Neil's goal is to finish the Cardiff Half Marathon in 2 to 2 and a half hours. A surprise to the office who thought he would take 2 to 2 and a half days!
